Art Dumke and Ron Jankowski are local businessmen in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area. In 2011 they saw a need for warehouse space in North Eastern Wisconsin so they started buying distressed buildings and refurbishing them.
ARTRON Properties now manages over 2 million square feet of space in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
